Job Responsibilities:

• Data cleaning and analysis using Excel and Python.

• Performing calculations in accordance with established methods.

• Report drafting using PPT.

• Perform other duties for information collection and analysis.

• Support daily work for PFS (Porsche Financial Services) Finance Director, including travel arrangement, expenses, meeting room reservation, admin/IT requests, etc.

• Administrative support to PFS team, including documentation collection, reports/contract filing, stationary supplies, goods/mails collections and other miscellaneous support.

• Other ad hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, internship experience in Automotive industry is preferred.

• Excellent intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn.

• Excellent at Excel (Mandatory) and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in both oral and written Mandarin and English.

• Strong learning and analysis skills, self-motivated and able to work in highly dynamic environment.

• Committed and available to work 5 days a week for 3 months.

• At least Bachelor's Degree, Master as a plus: 985/211/QS Top 100/US News Top 50.
