Job Responsibilities:

1. Vehicle Service (30%)

a. Conduct vehicle service-related tasks related to VJV lease, PFL own lease/fleet and 3rd party demand including vehicle acceptance, vehicle inspection, payment management, vehicle auction/disposal, vehicle delivery, inventory management, etc.

b. Ensure vehicle disposal efficiency. Ensure vehicle buyer satisfaction. Ensure service level from service provider. Perform constant optimization on work process accordingly.

c. Monitor vehicle registration policy including de-mortgage, title transfer, etc. Perform constant optimization on work process accordingly.

2. Project (30%)

a. Support remarketing business system interface setup for retail lease.

b. Support auction and disposal process in retail lease.

c. Conduct or assist related tasks from another vehicle remarketing and dunning team member if needed.

3. Collaboration (25%)

a. Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Risk, RV, Credit, Finance, Legal, PCN PoC/Fleet team, etc. to execute operation and vehicle service tasks and projects.

b. Coordinate with Digital team to ensure system functionality and perform constant optimization.

c. Coordinate with external parties such as dealers, service providers to execute operation and vehicle service activities.

4. Reporting (15%)

a. Conduct or assist operation and vehicle service-related data consolidation, dunning operation reporting and statistics presentation.

b. Conduct or assist with operation and vehicle service-related data analysis and provide feedback or suggestions for business steering.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Automotive, Business management, Financial related.

2. Above 5 years working experiences in similar roles from Automotive, or auto financing companies.

3. Experiences of working in cross culture or German company is a plus.

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills

5. Proficient in MS office, SAP

6. Fluent in English
