Job Responsibilities:

• Support on retail and wholesale business operation, including data analysis, vehicle certificate system management, and dealer visit calendar monitoring

• Support on marketing materials preparation, RSVP, customer gift management and event execution

• Support on the development of PFS online communication content, such as social media post and dealer WeChat moment template. Social media observation for competitors and other luxury brands

• Responsible for administrative work such as contract tracking and internal meeting coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, internship experience in Automotive industry is preferred

• Familiar with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)

• Fluent in both oral and written English

• Committed and available to work at least 4 days a week for 6 months
