职位概述:

The Head of Hong Kong Office will be responsible for overseeing and driving business operations in Hong Kong. Reporting directly to the COO and managing a dedicated local team, this role serves as the central point of accountability for the performance, strategy execution, and market presence of our Hong Kong business, conducted through our legal entity PHK and implemented in partnership with the distributor PCHK (Porsche Centre Hong Kong)


岗位职责:

1. Hong Kong Market Management & Operational Governance: Lead Hong Kong operations with full accountability for integrated business performance, operational integrity, and local compliance. (15%)

a. Represent the company as the primary internal and external face in Hong Kong

b. Ensure full compliance with local legal, tax, import, and regulatory requirements via PHK

c. Oversee the operational partnership model with PCHK, ensuring value delivery across logistics, certification, marketing support, etc

d. Manage the scope, deliverables, and performance of PCHK as the key operating partner

2. Sales Strategy & Field Execution: Lead end-to-end sales planning and execution to achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets (25%)

a. Lead volume planning and set annual sales targets in alignment with PAG/PCN objectives

b. Design local sales tactics, incentive programs, and channel strategies

c. Collaborate with the vehicle distribution team on ordering, logistics, and inventory planning

d. Monitor frontline performance, identify gaps, and drive corrective actions in close coordination with PCHK

3. Marketing & Brand Localization: Define a differentiated marketing and communications strategy for Hong Kong’s premium, media-sensitive market. (25%)

a. Develop the concept of localized brand campaigns, digital marketing, PR, and customer events

b. Adapt global messaging and creative to Hong Kong consumer preferences while maintaining brand consistency

c. Oversee PCHK’s execution of marketing initiatives to ensure quality and compliance with global standards

d. Manage media relationships and brand reputation in a high-visibility environment

4. Product & Pricing Input: Serve as the strategic voice of the Hong Kong market in global product and pricing discussions. (20%)

a. Provide market-specific input on product selection, feature prioritization, and launch timing

b. Submit local pricing recommendations based on competition, demand, and margin goals

c. Actively participate in PCN internal discussions on product roadmap and regional planning, ensuring Hong Kong’s needs are represented

5. Distributor & Stakeholder Partnership: Lead the strategic relationship with PCHK and key stakeholders to ensure alignment, capability, and long-term success. (15%)

a. Serve as the main point of contact for day-to-day operations and long-term collaboration with PCHK

b. Drive excellence in sales execution, customer service, training, and field performance

c. Align PCHK’s marketing and promotional activities with corporate strategy

d. Support investor relations with dealer group and collaborate with internal Network Management Development team

e. Co-lead training programs to strengthen PCHK’s product knowledge and brand capability.


任职条件:

1. 8+ years of experience in general management, sales, marketing, or operations, preferably in a multinational environment

2. Proven track record in managing distributor/partner relationships in Hong Kong or Greater China

3. Deep understanding of Hong Kong’s business, regulatory, and consumer landscape

4. Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influencing skills

5. Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin); written Chinese proficiency required

6. Experience in industries such as FMCG, automotive, luxury, or consumer technology is a plus
