职位概述:

This position shall (i) implement the legal management system, strategy and targets of Porsche Motorsport Asia-Pacific Limited (“PMAP”) and Porsche Motorsport Asia Pacific Hong Kong Ltd (“PMAP HK”) (together, the “Companies”); (ii) shall provide legal advice to the Companies across all business functions including Managing Director office, Sales & Marketing, After-sales, One-Make Series, etc. in the areas of corporate law, civil law and other applicable laws, and handle potential legal disputes and proceedings; and (iii) coordinate with the Legal, Compliance and Public Polices department of Porsche China for legal relevant matters in terms of the business of the Companies.

岗位职责:

1. [Corporate Law](10%) Provide legal advice based on Porsche Directive P29 Legal Advice for corporate matters including daily legal advisory and corporate changes and filings, legal review for management rules and ShareCo Rules of Procedure, legal review for legal relevant matters that will be submitted to the ShareCo for recommendation or Managing Director for resolutions.

2. [Legal Advice for Contract Management] (30 %)Formulate, update and manage standard contract templates; legal review and advise on commercial contracts of the Companies, such as goods purchase contract, service contract, sales contract, event contracts and etc.

3. [Legal Advice for daily operation and strategic projects] (40%) Provide legal advice based on the business need of the Companies on daily basis. Assess legal risks and provide tailored legal advice on complex business matters or strategic projects, including motorsport and parts sales, cross-border transactions, event organization, classic car business, etc., to advise the Companies to comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. [Dispute Resolution and Legal Proceedings] (10%) Coordinate with external counsel and internal departments for legal proceedings, including litigations, arbitrations, and administrative inspections and etc.

5. [Others] (10%) Collaborate with external counsel on specialized legal matters across multiple jurisdictions (such as Hong Kong law) as needed. Prepare and conduct legal training etc.

任职条件:

1. A bachelor’s degree or above with major in law

2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial legal and compliance matters in a top-tier law firm or as an in-house lawyer of a multinational company, working experiences related to automotive industries is a good plus.

3. Possess know-how within the industry, experience in the implementation of compliance management systems are good pluses.

4. Know-how of GRC tools or other compliance monitoring tools is a good plus.

5. Oversea study/working experience is a good plus.

6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
