Job Responsibilities:
• To support Parts Logistics project including data analysis, documents drafting, and internal coordination etc.
• To assist in department administration such as team leader meeting minutes, Parts logistics data update.
• To prepare documents for Dealer Support cases or requests.
• To assist in daily logistic operation, such as cost analysis report update, tax data daily check.
• To support preparation of presentations for AS meetings.
Requirements:
• Major in Business administration, Logistics, Supply chain management or similar studies, and experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
• Fluent in English language, written and spoken
• Excellent organizational, analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to work with others
• At least 4 days per week, last for 6 months
