岗位职责:

1. [Legal Advice] (40%) Act as the main handling lawyer to provide legal advice and maintain the decision making process of all major legal matters of Porsche China and the Affiliates in the areas of corporate law, foreign investment law, M&A, venture capital, insider law, media and advertising law, real estate and leasing, construction law in the automotive sector to ensure compliance of Porsche (China) Motors Ltd (“Porsche China”) and the affiliated companies of Porsche in China mainland and Hong Kong ("Affiliates")with the relevant laws and regulations pertaining to all its operations in accordance with the Porsche Directive P29 Legal Advice.

2. [Directive Management] (20%) Act as the main contact person for localization and implementation of the Porsche Directive P29 Legal Advice and the Porsche Directive P54 Insider Law; implement risk assessment, compliance program as well as compliance monitoring and communication with regards to legal advice and insider law for Porsche China and the Affiliates according to the Porsche Directive P29 Legal Advice and the Porsche Directive P54 Insider Law.

3. [Supervision] (10%) Supervise the completion and delivery of the Management Rules and the press clearance management system of Porsche China and the Affiliates, and retain, monitor and supervise outside counsels, consultants and experts as needed, so as to improve transparency, effectiveness and efficiency of legal management and to properly control overall legal risks at Porsche China and the Affiliates.

4. [Group Business] (10%) Act as the main contact lawyer to coordinate with and support GRG (Corporate Law Department of Porsche AG) for international and domestic projects involving Porsche AG.

5. [Legal Business Partner] (10%) Act as the primary legal business partner of major functions, i.e. PCN-M (Marketing), PCN-P (PR) and PCN-FF (Facility) and act as the secondary legal business partner of major functions, i.e. PCN-FA (Accounting), PCN-SE (Executive Office), PCN-SS(Strategy), PCN-SD (Digital) and PCN-SV (Venture Capital) and coordinate internal legal resources to provide the major functions with legal advice in accordance with the Porsche Directive P29 Legal Advice.

任职条件:

1. A master’s degree from top university recognized in China or internationally, with a major in law or compliance.

2. Admission to the PRC bar is a must.

3. Above 5 years’ experience in broad-based commercial legal and compliance matters in a top-tier law firm or as an in-house lawyer of a multinational company, working experiences related to automotive industries is a good plus.

4. legal analytical thinking skills and practice of law in the PRC

5. Possess know-how within the industry, experience in the implementation of compliance management systems are good pluses.

6. Know-how of GRC tools or other compliance monitoring tools is a good plus.

7. Business fluent in English and ability to develop and comment on highly and complex legal documents (e.g. administrative penalty decisions) in English
