1. Support daily operation tasks from CRM, Data & Insights team.
2. Support data analysis tasks & performance tracking for regular projects assigned by team supervisor.
3. Support the execution of ad-hoc market research projects; assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing customer/operation data to identify key insights and trends.
4. Provide general administrative support to the team, including dealer communication, contract/purchase processing, documentation management, meeting appointments, meeting minutes, etc.
5. Support team Excel/PPT/Word related work.

1. Bachelor / Master degree, knowledge in Automotive industry, CRM field, Computer Science or data.
2. Having basic data sense is a plus, majoring in Mathematics is a plus.
3. Proactive attitude diligent attitude stress resistant and willing to learn Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint). Fluent in both oral and written English.
4. Internship experience in marketing department in multinational company is highly preferred. Committed and available to work at least 4 days a week for 6 months.
