Job Responsibilities:
• Support on change management and company culture roll-out projects and activities incl. events planning and organization support, survey questionnaire analysis, communication materials design etc.
• Support the talent development, learning activities and programs coordination
• Support HR projects including but not limited to data research and analysis, internal communication presentation draft etc.
• Support HR topics assigned in relation to employee activities
Requirements:
• Pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree, no limits in majors
• Internship experience in other multinational companies with culture or consultancy project management preferred
• Strong PPT and excel skills; i.e. drafting the presentation, doing data analysis via excel
• Fluent in both oral and written English
• Available to work at least 5 days per week for 3-6 months
• Pro-active, hands-on, responsible, stress resistant, energetic and passionate personality
