Job Responsibilities:
•Support After Sales High-Voltage Battery Tracking & Coding project team on daily operations, including end-to-end case handling, data analysis and reporting
•Support handling dealer requests, resolving data reporting issues, system monitoring, tracking case status and checking data reporting correctness
•Support the project team regarding cases handling guidelines, SOP creation and process improvement
•Support the project team on slides preparation and other ad-hoc administrative support, including meeting room reservation ,travel arrangement, goods/mails collections and other miscellaneous support
Requirements:
•Bachelor's or master's degree majoring in Business, Data, Law, Public Policy, Public Management, Business Information System or other related fields, previous internship experience preferred
•Excellent intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, attention to details, structural & logical thinking and willingness to learn
•Familiar with MSOffice (word, excel, PowerPoint), advanced users of excel preferred (advanced formulas & Pivot table)
•Fluent in both oral and written English, preferably with IELTS 6+ or BEC Vantage certificate
•Committed and available to work at least 4 days a week for 6 months
