Job Responsibilities:

1. Carry out administration tasks, including but not limited to marketing artwork database, contracts, documentation, etc.

2. Support the daily execution of Porsche marketing communication and dealer marketing, such as tracking performance, helping with data collection, video editing and analysis based on report requirements.

3. Communicate and coordinate between Porsche China and Porsche Centers to support new car launch campaign and retail campaign on a national scale.

4. Assist in content management and UGC management of official social media channels.

5. Assist in communication with agencies to complete the poster production, as well as carrying out copywriting.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor or Master degree, major in Marketing, PR, Business Administration or related

2. Knowledge of Advertising/Media/Marketing/Vehicle/Data Analysis is preferred.

3. Excellent communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn

4. Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)

5. Fluent in both oral and written English

6. Committed and available to work at least 4 days a week for 4 months
