Job Responsibilities:

1. Project support and coordination incl. data processing/ validation with available tools; on-demand communication tasks etc.;

2. Analyze customer complaints about Smart Mobility (Charging Connectivity] in China market, make dashboard to present the statistics;

3. Warranty support and coordination incl. support to detect the suitable indicator to build up audit trigger mechanism, support to collect all kinds of raw data and design the application scenarios to utilize the data;

4. On-site monitor the parts scrapping happening in the warehouse and record the scrapping documentations accordingly etc.;

5. Commercial and administration support, e.g. contracts, payment process, meeting arrangement, documentation, etc;

6. Perform additional duties and assigned

Requirements:

1. Pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree, solid knowledge in Automotive, Engineering, Project Management or Finance areas;

2. Excellent intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent. stress resistant and willing to learn;

3. Familiar with MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint)

4. Familiar with Data Processing Tool (Tableau, Power BI, etc.);

5. Fluent in both oral and written English;

6. Committed and available to work at least 4 days a week for 6 months;
