Job Description

Job Overview:

1. Steering of Areas / Assistant to Area Director with respect to strategic topics, KPI targets, budgets, and process compliance

2. Ensure long-term perspective within Area.

3. Internal and external coordination for area activities


Job Responsibilities:

1. Internal management of the effectiveness of working processes, risk control measures, compliance codes, and reporting/meeting mechanism for the area office, to ensure the implementation and development of the area strategy objectives. (15%)

2. External relationship management with shareholders. Organize and conduct regular dealer meetings with dealer/dealer group principals and coordinate with central function departments for area topics. (25%)

3. Conduct analysis on overall area/ dealer performance and market intelligence to provide strategic support/market insights to Area Director. Continuously to improve area data processing flexibility and effectiveness to enhance the area managers’ decision-making efficiency. (25%)

4. Carry out area resources management (INC budget, MAL budget, Area Fleet, Cost Centre) including periodic budget plan and forecast, cost monitor and control, coordination, and documentation; Evaluate and manage financial performance to support internal decision makers with better resources deployment. (20%)

5. Manage strategic initiatives in Area focuses on actions, projects, or programs that enable the extension and execution of company strategy to area operation level. Analyze the operating environment for the development of strategic initiatives and follow the progress of execution and evaluation. (15%)


Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Automotive, Business management, Finance related or equivalent.

2. Above 8 years related experience with profound understanding of Automobile market, prefer mixed industries background; Deep understanding of Chinese Local market.

3. Above 3 years leadership experiences

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability and proven record to conduct cross-functional and cross-organizational coordination and achieve joint goals.

5. Sufficient knowledge and skill for finance management and project management

6. Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills

7. Ability to multi-tasking and work with pressure

8. Proficient in MS office, SAP

9. Fluent in English
