Position Overview:

This position will support in the overall inventory management of all divisions for a multi-warehouses environment at Porsche China and associated Porsche Dealers. Specifically monitoring & ensuring a high-level availability, across all divisions, based on the service level targets given to Porsche China. The role has to analyze, support, propose solutions and execute the continues optimization of the planning process / concept development and implementation especially for the manual planned products e.g. Lifestyle & local products.

The position is responsible for the planning, overall availability and balancing of local products, Porsche Lifestyle articles and consolidate and prepare the long-term planning proposals for Porsche Lifestyle products from and with other involved departments. Support with the critical cases management as well as for all ASR related activities, take responsibility for the Heavy accident support program - case review, audit and management, coordinates and communicate SSL parts recalls between headquarter - PCN - Dealers and vice versa.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Planning activities: (45%)

Tracking of PCN Parts Service Levels and alerting if impacts are detected;

Close communication with PAG GIM Planners to react faster to correct impacts on parts demand forecast and/or market specific changes;

Supports in the root cause analysis of Parts Planning / availability related issues, including ASR, Campaign parts preparation;

Responsible for Local products and Porsche Lifestyle planning, availability and balancing;

Support parts promotional activities with special parts planning and stock preparation.

2. Inventory Management (System): (30%)

Monitoring support of all division Stock Levels, backorder situation and stock turn;

Monitor parts ordering behavior of dealer network and analyze impact on PCN stock / service levels;

Monitor incoming shipments and coordinate with Import team shipment prioritizations based on availability;

Balancing inventories of PCN warehouses - align balancing measures to ensure equal availabilities.

3. Responsible for Heavy accident support program - overall management incl audit execution. (15%)

4. Responsible for the coordination and communication in the Parts Recall management between headquarter - PCN - dealer network and vice versa, Receives information, analyze and identifies impacted parts and communicates with dealer and within PCN, Consolidates the feedback and provides the result to PAG. (5%)

5. Takes leads in the coordination / consolidation for the Porsche Lifestyle Long Range Planning (LRP). (5%)
