Job Overview:

The newly founded Strategy, Product & Services department is responsible for definition of cooperate strategy, exciting products and services for the Chinese market. The Charging & Connect Division aims at smart mobility related product planning, digital journey design and user experience improvement.

The employee is responsible for registration process in Shanghai. The employee is required for respective regulatory know-how.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Daily operation for all new Porsche registrations in the government data system, which clear pre-check of application documents and explanations for special cases. (30%)

2. Porsche dealer training and guidance for related policy, regulation and registration process. (20%)

3. Monitor Porsche customer rating and feedback for "0 complaint" management as requested with weekly rating report. (30%)

4. Compile data summary on a regular time basis for PCN internal verification and annual report.(20%)

Requirements:

1. Colleague degree or above, major in Economy, Trading, Information Technology related

2. 3 years’ working experience with similar function in other OEMs, or third party as service provider

3. Experiences of working in cross culture or German company is a plus

4. Good interpersonal and communication skills, team player

5. Proficient in MS office

6. Native Chinese, English workable
