Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist in daily import logistic operation (70%)

- invoice data and shipping data check

- parts technical information search

- sea freight ETA forecast collection

- clearance documents preparation

- other tasks related to warehouse and logistics

2. Prepare documents for Dealer Support cases or requests. (20%)

3. Support on other required team tasks e.g. information collection, preparation for internal meetings.(10%)

Requirements:

1. Major in Business administration, Logistics, Supply chain management or similar studies, and experience in the automotive industry is a plus

2. Advanced MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

3. Fluent in English language, written and spoken

4. Excellent organizational, analytical skills and strong attention to detail

5. Positive attitude and willingness to work with others

6. At least 4 days per week, last for 6 months
