Job Overview:

To ensure the prosperity of Porsche in China, a competitive Advanced Driving Assistant System in China for Porsche is desired in coming 2 years. Your responsibility is to lead the end-to-end project management for the in China for China L2++ ADAS solution project, and to ensure the technical solution is implemented and fulfills the project mission, including timeline, quality and cost.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:

1. As a PM to local team, you are responsible:

- to steer the whole project teams during project implementation with monitoring the project timeline and deliverable of milestones.

- organizing of all necessary meetings.

- detecting and solving the blocking points, which stops technical development.

- Setting up the knowledge/knowhow database.

2. As a PM to the external solution provider, you are responsible:

- Monitoring the delivery plan according to master timeline.

- deal with the contract issue if necessary.

- detect the potential for optimization and drive for a solution.

3. As a PM to (tech.) Project leader, you are responsible:

- cooperate with PL and acting proactive to detect the project risks and conduct escalation.

- set the key milestone for deliverables of team.

4. As a PM to headquarter, you are responsible:

- reporting of the whole project status to management.

- escalation in management round.

- collaboration with technical teams centralized from project perspective.

5. As a PM to VP of Tech. division in China, you are responsible:

- help VP to track project status, detect risks and create solution jointly.

- further project related topics on demand.

Requirements:

1. Master’s degree, majoring in Automotive / Electrical / Information / Computer Science Technology and other engineering majors.

2. At least 5 years R&D related experience in ADAS field, having great knowledge about ADAS System (incl. ECU and sensors), and the development process.

3. Top knowledge about vehicle/cloud integration for ADAS. Experience in VW platform, esp. PPE is highly wished.

4. Good knowledge in test and validation field, from components to system and complete vehicle, focus on L2++ ADAS.

5. Rich experience in L2++ SOP projects, good understanding about different solutions and top knowledge in project management and methodology.

6. Fluent in English (Germany language is a plus) and Good MS Office skills.
