Position Overview:
Manage Finance governance, that includes RMS, BCM, data compliance, data privacy and information security. Manage Porsche Dealer network investor governance, includes maintenance of Porsche Dealer Association (PDAC) relations, design and preparation of Dealer Agreements, contracts and relevant retail channel governance framework (DPA), dealer margin system design and execution, dealer risk management mechanism.

1. Risk Management System (RMS): (25%)
- Localize global risk framework and standard, coordinate and oversee local risk management practice, cultivate risk mind-set and enhance risk awareness.
- Ensure timely delivery and reporting of all risk related information to relevant stakeholders, PCN Management and PAG FGR.
- Review and check new company directives from risk point of view, ensure local directives incorporated with risk control measures and methodologies.
2. Business Continuity Management (BCM): (25%)
- Manage local BCM activities in compliant with group BCM standards and requirements, continuously review and improve local BCM framework and procedures.
- Oversee and coordinate Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Resource Analysis with business process owners, and with scenario coordinators to derive emergency strategies, create, maintain or improve Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and conduct testing of BCPs.
- Lead the BCM task force to act in response to BCM incidents, steer emergency measures, report to management and FGR.
- Supervise as Team leader for topics like Local Data Protection, LISO, Data Privacy to ensure the protection and value of core data assets in the company.
3. Porsche Dealer Network investor governance: (50%)
- Relation maintenance of Porsche dealer association (PDAC, or PDA under CACA).
- Overall responsible for retail channel contracts (i.e. Dealer & Service Agreement, Importer Agreement) to ensure a proper legal framework to fulfill retail business needs; Supervise the management of Dealer & Service Agreement ("DA"), PCN & PHK import agreement, and oversee other retail-related contracts under a proper framework, to maintain an overall contractual overview on company level, focusing on business perspective (while Legal Department focusing on legal perspective).
- Design Dealer Margin system in relation with the sales and network strategy.
- Establish and oversee risk management mechanism to control/minimize PCN risk exposure to dealer/investor risk or crisis.
- Overall responsible for dealer margin/commission under Omni-Channel to ensure retail channel effectiveness & efficiency; Dealer Performance Agreement ("DPA") mechanism; develop dealer commission strategy under Omni-Channel transformation, and supervise the implementation.
- Establish and oversee a holistic evaluation mechanism for Omni-Channel performance, in order to steer retail channel operation activities, to ensure retail channel contribution to the overall PCN target achievement, and sustainable growth of retail business; Dealer Ranking mechanism ("Dealer of the Year" program): Supervise the operation of dealer performance ranking mechanism, continuously optimize framework, KPI structure, award system, KPI selection process, and result appeal process, etc.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Adminstration or Ecomonics related.
2. Above 8 years related working experiences in automotive industry.
3. Mature leadership with 5 years team leading experiences.
4. Strategic and critical thinking ability
5. Ability of complex problem-solving under dynamic situations,
6. Experiences of working in cross culture or German company is a plus
7. Good interpersonal and communication skills
8. Proficient in MS office, Expert IRIS, DMS, Basic understanding of C@P, PVMS, PoS, DSS, BI, Data Lake
9. Fluent in English
