Job Overview:

Retail Lease Credit Competence & Services Center

• Deep, experienced, and detailed Credit Analysis and Underwriting Decisions with a focus on risk adequacy, internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.

• With corporate applicant credit evaluation experience is preferred.

• Identification of fraud risks and related investigations.

• Support on improvement and enhancement of PFS China underwriting strategy and its credit systems/processes.

• Assist in the management of relevant reports and documentation.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Deep credit analysis of retail leasing application for both C/O and PI applicants, reviewing of application data/documents and taking credit decisions in accordance with credit competences. (70%)

2. B2B Lease Application Decision process based on Ratings, Credit Limits and B2B Risk Mitigation Grid (5%)

3. Credit process / system enhancements to improve credit/ fraud risk management and increase efficiency, customer/dealer satisfaction. (5%)

4. Support the review and improvement of credit related documentation. (5%)

5. Reporting of application development, credit quality and other relevant credit items (5%)

6. Support of inlease management and NPL/default management. (5%)

7. Support regulatory projects, GRC/ICS matters in the credit area and/or support regulatory inspection processes for credit matters. (5%)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor/master’s degree in accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics

2. Above 5 years’ working experiences within a Captive/Automotive Finance Company, and credit decision experience for automotive finance, preferable in AFCs or Leasing companies.

3. Ability in financial analysis for corporate customers is preferred.

4. Strong analytics and investigative skills.

6. Familiar with Credit Application Tools, they must possess advanced computer skills and a strong understanding of MS Excel including Pivot Tables/Query and MS PowerPoint.
