岗位职责:
1. Support the Managing Director in organizing business schedules, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and business trips. (20%)
2. Oversee company-level administrative tasks: (25%)
a. Plan and arrange company activities, including regular meetings, monthly Sales Deputy meetings, quarterly team meetings, team building events, company outings, workshops, seminars, and internal training sessions.
b. Communicate cross-functionally and externally for PFS to convey requests and respond to inquiries.
c. Take charge of visitors from PFS Germany and partners, including developing visit schedules, arranging meetings, coordinating transportation, and making restaurant reservations.
d. Manage company chops in compliance with the company’s chop management policy.
e. Oversee company materials management, including office storage, warehouse stock and office supplies
f. Coordinate contracts and manage payment for management and administrative tasks.
3. Support the Managing Director in business and project management, including assisting Corporate & Strategy, coordinating inter-departmental collaboration, tracking project progress, and preparing feedback and reports. (25%)
4. Assist the Managing Director with personal affairs, such as managing vehicle arrangements and processing quarterly expense reimbursements. (10%)
5. Regularly monitor, optimize, and enhance all established work-related processes in accordance with PFS China’s regulations. (10%)
6. Other task assigned by superior. (10%)
任职条件:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Experiences of working in cross-culture environment or German company is a plus
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Self-motivated, adaptable, flexible, detailed-oriented, possesses strong team collaboration abilities.
5. Proficiency in MS office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT
6. Open mind towards new technologies like AI and faster learner
7. Fluent in English both written and spoken
