岗位职责:
1. Support Managing Director and business department on administrative tasks. (30%)
a. Business schedule planning, including meetings/appointments/business trips.
b. Arrange department activities, incl. regular meetings, team building, company outings, workshops and seminars, internal training, etc.
c. Communicate cross-functionally and externally for PFS department to convey requests and respond to inquiries.
2. Execute business processes – financial application on Eflow and PPN doc upload & download, department gift & material stock record, etc. And responsible for MP's calendar, financial account. (30%)
3. Organize meetings and workshops up to the standard, procedures, and guidelines by PFS China (20%)
4. Regular monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing of all established work-related processes according to PFS China regulations (10%)
5. Attend all relevant trainings provided by Porsche China (10%)
任职条件:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. Experiences of working in cross culture or German company is a plus.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills
4. Self-motivated, team player.
5. Proficient in MS office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT
6. Fluent in English
