* Team Leadership: Lead a team of 5 marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture to achieve high - performance results.
* Channel Optimization: Oversee and enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of PCN communication channels, including owned channels, paid media, and social media platforms. Continuously analyze channel performance data to identify areas for improvement, try out new media possibilities and implement optimization strategies.
* Strategic Planning: Deeply understand the market business objectives and develop channel planning strategies in line with the sales funnel requirements. This includes formulating short - and long - term plans, setting KPIs, and allocating resources effectively.
* Creative Direction: Drive the creative process by providing clear target pictures to the agencies and steer for innovative ideas. Collaborate closely with external partners to ensure the creation of high - quality social content that engages the target audience, builds brand engagement, and drives business growth.
岗位职责:
1. Lead overall PCN communication channel strategy (incl. website, paid media, mini program, social media) based on user insights.
2. Develop and execute social media initiatives to achieve marketing objectives across sales funnel.
3. Develop content on Porsche owned platforms (OMP, official website, APP) to communicate new products, new policies and to generate prospects into Porsche owned ecosystem.
4. Develop and execute media plan based on campaign strategy in order to increase the awareness and likability of Porsche brand and products.
5. Support on strategy definition of brand campaign, new product launch campaign and retail campaigns to make sure the feasibility of strategy implementation.
任职条件:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Marketing/IT/Automotive/Business is preferred.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in relevant function/expertise, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record in managing and optimizing communication channels and leading successful marketing campaigns.
3. In-depth understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and the sales funnel. Familiarity with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.
4. Strong creative thinking ability, with the capacity to generate unique and impactful marketing concepts. Experience in working with creative agencies and managing the content creation process.
5. Excellent data analysis skills, able to interpret complex marketing data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using marketing analytics tools.
6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross - functional teams, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
7. Fluent in English (Germany language is a plus) and Good MS Office skills.
