职位概述:

Position Overview:

Ensure that the Tianjin warehouse operations fully comply with government regulations, 6S standards, and Porsche internal standards.

Drive the Tianjin warehouse to consistently meet key performance indicators (KPIs), with a particular focus on delivering premium service to the network in the right time, right quantity, and right quality.

Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization to enhance customer service, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.

岗位职责:

1. Maintain high standard warehouse performance as per set KPI target, and supervise warehouse 6S implementation, productivity and accuracy achieve Porsche standards. (30%)

2. Coordinate between suppliers and PCN on trouble shooting to ensure smooth operations including EWM system issue handling, special order handling, urgent parts tracking and so on. Establish workflow, train and ensure warehouse team following the workflow in order to resolve the repeated issues. Takes responsibility for warehouse facility maintenance, renovation and direct communication with the landlord. (15%)

3. Ensure warehouse provide quick response and on time service to both internal and external customers, cooperate with PCN internal team, such as Import, Transportation, Dealer support and Planning team. Define warehouse service standards and requirements to ensure warehouse team following the standards to achieve better customer service.(15%)

4. Create and monitor action plans for improvement in weak areas identified for continuous improvement in warehouse operation. Pursuit continuous improvement in warehouse key area, such as cost saving, LEAN logistics, storage optimization and so on.(20%)

5. Take lead of warehousing part of logistics projects, such as green warehouse, smart logistics, warehouse extension, tendering, sustainability etc. Apply warehouse investment budgets and lead the investment purchasing, installation and maintenance.(10%)

6. Responsible for Tianjin warehouse budget and billing audit to make sure the budget and billing is correct, reasonable and understandable. Monitor warehouse cost rate to ensure the cost is running in a healthy region and trend.(5%)

7. Support Tianjin Dangerous goods and battery warehouse management, including emergency handling, compliances ensuring, on site audit, etc. Ensure the dangerous goods operations in a safe way and conform to government regulations. (5%)

任职条件:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Supply Chain Management/Logistics or International Trade is preferred

2. At least 4 years’ work experience of warehousing related, and leadership skills and vender management skills, experience in the automotive industry is a plus

3. Thorough knowledge of international trade, warehousing and logistics

4. Familiar with SAP system, EWM is preferred.

5. Self-motivated, a team player

6. Fluent in English and Good MS Office skills
