职位概述:
• It is important that we understand our brand positioning, product competition and customer perception in the market, especially Chinese market is quite different compares to other markets.
• This position is to provide customer insights by translating customer feedback with Porsche strategic brand and business purposes for business decision-making purposes, able to derive the insight from survey and data. In the meantime, this position focuses on product, brand, market and customer trends related topics, incl. product clinics, brand monitor, trend study, model line buyer study, and innovation & technology research topics, closely working with HQ and function teams.
• This position is also co-working with HQ for operations of the channel/platform - Porsche advisors Club, a research based online format and channel to invite customers for agile effective and transparent survey and provide analysis and results.
岗位职责:
1. Co-work with HQ for product clinics globally (1-2 key products yearly), for product concept, design, pricing, etc. Plan and deliver China specific deep-dive, analysis, and results. (30%)
2. Execute and deliver solid trend study focus on customers and market insights projects on regular basis (i.e., avg. 2-3 key projects yearly), in product areas: BEV customer study; and early buyer study for all models of Porsche, as well as some derivative studies and new product/technology projects. (30%)
3. Execute and deliver solid research, analysis and results for brand, co-work with HQ and Marketing (15%)
4. Co-work with HQ for Porsche Advisors Club, an online survey channel. And responsible for PCN customer recruitment and maintenance. Plan PCN survey and quick poll, coordinate and compare results with PAG. (15%)
5. Execute and deliver solid customer (market) insights projects in innovation/new technology areas (i.e., avg. 10-15 projects yearly), such as OTA, FOD, ADAS, Connectivity, etc. (10%)
任职条件:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Business Administration; Sales Marketing or other equivalent
2. At above 8 years working experience in the related field/function (Customer Experience; Marketing; Market Intelligence;), Automotive industry knowledge is necessary, Consulting background with Automotive focus also acceptable.
3. Above 3 years team leading, or vender leading experience is preferred.
4. Strong data analytical skill required.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills, Fluent in English
