Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in the preparation, review, and management of Porsche Dealer and Service Agreements.
• Provide support in risk management initiatives, including dealer risk assessment and tracking.
• Handle and maintain dealer performance-related data to support analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to corporate insurance processes, such as policy review, claims management, and departmental inquiries.•Support the planning, preparation, and execution of processes relevant to Dealer Relations and Risk operations.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with internal departments, external dealers, and third-party vendors.
• Perform general administrative duties in alignment with departmental needs.
Requirements:
• Strong sense of responsibility with a proactive and self-driven work attitude.
• Resilient under pressure and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Able to commit at least 4 working days per week for a minimum of 6 months.
