Job Responsibilities:
1. Charing and Infotainment quality analysis. Use case study and further development (70%)
a) Obtain required infotainment know-how to conduct the Porsche multi-function system analysis
b) Responsible of all infotainment field issue/complaints, technical analysis and support
c) Responsible for local charging product quality release process. Managing local charging AC/DC product
d) supplier. Support HK/Macau charging strategy launch
e) Analyze RTM vehicle data analysis including connect, charging, GPS etc. all the necessary information
f) Plan and execute technical competence development for test engineers with responsible functions
g) Organize testing resources and equipment
h) Generate future technology launch plan regarding infotainment, Organize training and know-how transfer
i) Analysis for Porsche Connectivity issue which link to the PCM system, debug and root cause finding
j) Support GQX for connect analysis and pre-testing bug fixes before deployment. Involvement to future
k) function planning and quality verification/optimization
l) Interface between PAG, component supplier and equipment supplier
2. Field case study with supplier and dealer workshop. Test case writing and reporting (20%)
a) Maintain the communication with dealer network in terms of infotainment quality
b) Develop test bench specification design, in line with PAG requirement
c) Perform on-site investigation with technical specifications
d) Create evaluation of the test results as well as technical feedback and coordination with the involved (customer) development departments
e) Manage logistic return/send process for infotainment parts, classification and documentation
f) Statistical analysis of focus topics
3. New product features pre-evaluation. Charing quality trend monitoring and supplier management (10%)
a) Implementation the infotainment analysis process together with PAG/GQ
b) Expand supplier resources in China, priority setting according to project requirement
c) Communicate effectively with multiple departments and acts as topic owner of infotainment
d) Perform Early Evaluation Program for PCM product function features
e) Escalation of major issue when required
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Engineering (Industrial, Automative, Mechanical, Electrotechnical, Electronics) or similar major.
2. At least 8 years working experiences in automotive industry, thereof at least 4 years in After Sales, 3 years infotainment analysis and data analysis
3. Familiar with updated Vehicle Systems/Vehicle data communication
4. Advanced training in Quality and After Sales Processes / Quality Management
5. Experiences in dealer Workshop, mechanical work would be a plus
6. Good communication skill
7. Good English
