Job Overview:
Plan, organize and control dedicated China brand experiences with a focus on repeated event projects in order to achieve a brand adequate on- and offline guest experience within the targeted event KPIs (e.g. given budget, number of participants).
The job role of brand experience marketing is one major, integrated part of the overall marketing plan to ensure the brand communication through an interactive and personal engagement to accelerate of the brand awareness and consideration.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop corporate event ideas for repeated brand experiences (e.g. Product launches, road shows, anniversary events) based on the given topic to ensure the best agency pitching result (15%)
2. Consultation, guiding and overseeing the agency through the planning process to have an event execution plan in place before the event commences. (35%)
3. Onsite implementation and execution of the event to create an experience which exceeds the guest expectations (20%)
4. Given budgets and KPIs to be achieved for each event and reporting to management to acknowledge the outcome (10%)
5. All related event processes were implemented according to compliance and audit guidelines (15%)
6. In absence of the management the job role ensures a smooth daily business by stepping in as deputy. (5%)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in marketing/business related.
2. Above 6 years working experiences in automotive industry, or hotel/hospitality/luxury good industry, and above 4years in the event management related functions, i.e. marketing, PR.
3. Above 4 years of agency leading experience
4. Experiences of working in cross culture or German company is a plus.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Proficient in MS office, SAP
7. Fluent in English
