Job Overview:

Innovation

1. The Manager will develop Porsche China innovation strategy in close partnership with local and global strategy teams and derive long-term roadmap and targets.

2. The Manager will manage the innovation portfolio in Porsche China and influence global and local counterparts to enable transformation of Porsche China from a sales & marketing subsidiary to a powerhouse of innovation.

Sustainability

1. The Manager will continuously develop Porsche China's Sustainability Strategy and coordinate a cross-functional team to ensure further development, execution and operation of core processes (described in Group Directive 43)

2. The Manager will be responsible for the operation of the Environmental Compliance Management System (ECMS) according to Group Directive P20

3. As Part of Sustainability, the Manager will also lead the topic of Decarbonization at Porsche China

4. The manager will lead / execute sustainability projects and reporting aiming at leading ESG score among all markets and compliant reporting to capital market

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and lead Porsche China innovation strategy and determine local priorities that align with global targets and local ambitions (20%)

2. Establish local innovation governance process to steer, invest, and report on company portfolio in alignment with corporate strategy (15%)

3. Externally represent Porsche China to local ecosystem partners to develop strategically valuable contacts, collaborations & partnerships (5%)

4. Lead for Sustainability at Porsche China according to Group directive P43 (20%)

5. Lead for Decarbonization of Porsche China, including leadership of a cross-functional team to reach the strategic decarbonization goal (15%)

6. Further development & operation of the Environmental Compliance Management System according to Group Directive P20 (15%)

7. Lead / Execute concrete innovation / sustainability related projects within the scope of CSD (10%)

Requirements:

1. Education in Business Administration or similar educational background

2. Min. 5-year experience with rich project management experience

3. Strong analytical abilities

4. Strong visualization skills

5. Strong communication skills in English

6. Strong ability to communicate with senior-/top-management
