Job Overview:
1. The role is responsible to shape and execute a broad-based talent development strategy and related processes in alignment with business and workforce needs to unleash the full potential of our people and business. This individual will oversee identifying, assessing, and developing talent development solutions aimed at developing and growing the capabilities and skills of our people.
2. He/she will help define the learning and talent development strategy for key talent segments to drive continued growth, development, and engagement of our people. Additionally, this person seeks opportunity to take an integrated approach to learning and development by ensuring the solutions appropriately demonstrate alignment to the company strategy, talent strategies and talent management disciplines, such as skills/competencies, succession management, performance management, engagement, and culture.
Job Responsibilities:

1. Leadership Development and Culture Initiatives: Design and implement comprehensive leadership development programs and cultural initiatives to foster employee growth and enhance organizational effectiveness. (20%)
2. Talent Management and Succession Planning: Lead talent management processes for the Executive Committee, including annual talent reviews and succession planning to identify and develop high-potential individuals for critical roles. (20%)
3. Learning and Development Strategy: Oversee learning and development activities, conducting needs analyses and leveraging global resources to create impactful local learning solutions . (20%)
4. Digital Transformation in Learning: Drive the integration of technology and modern learning methodologies to enhance the employee development experience through innovative digital approaches. (15%)
5. Collaboration with HR and Business Partners: Partner with HR Business Partners to align career development solutions with functional talent processes, promoting employee engagement and individual development plans. (15%)
6. Diversity and Inclusion in Talent Development: Ensure the integration of diversity strategies within talent development initiatives, working closely with the Diversity and Inclusion Lead to build a diverse talent pipeline. (10%)

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, psychology or other equivalent.
2. Very good experience in Talent Management/ Succession Planning, at least 8 years in desired topics.
3. Experiences of leading a small team of 1-2 people is a plus.
4. Data sensitive, data-driven and ability to analyze data and take the right steps after analysis.
5. Prefer have experiences in automotive industry (Can also extent to Trading/FMCG/Industry etc.).
6. Experiences of working in global MNCs or cross culture environment; oversea study/working experience is a good plus.
7. Fluent in English, German is an advantage.
