Job Overview:

1. Main contact for all types of parts related enquiries to provide timely and high-quality answer and solution to reach the best customer satisfaction

2. Bridge / coordinator between dealers, PCN and PAG to address parts related issues direct and in a clear language for easy understanding to find answers and solution in a timely manner for existing issues to reduce customer impact

3. Support dealer network via knowledge transfer via Standard Operation Procedures, guidelines on following processes to ensure established processes are known and followed

4. Constant monitoring of business and function related developments to further optimize and adapt existing processes to reach the best possible service level

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure parts supply and support to fulfill purchase targets. (45%)

a. Track the back orders and escalate the urgent cases to PAG

b. Equally allocate the critical parts to the dealer network

c. Solve all kinds of help requests about parts purchasing

2. Develop projects to optimize system and business process. (35%)

a. Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure

b. Assistant the new parts projects

3. Organize parts related conference and con-call. (20%)

a. Monthly on-line meeting with dealers

b. Bi weekly meeting with PC Hong Kong

c. Annual dealer conference

4. Dealer visit and business support. (10%)

5. Cross-functional communication. (10%)

a. Work together with parts planning and logistic teams to optimize the parts business

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive, Business Administration, International Trade, Economy

2. Above 3 years working experiences in automotive industry, with similar function in after sales, logistics.

3. Good interpersonal and communication skills

4. Proficient in MS office, SAP, PET, PPN.

5. Fluent in English
