Job Overview:
In line with requirements of all stakeholders within PCN and PAG, the Manager Service training is responsible for formulation, organization, and implementation of all after-sales non-technical training programmes for China dealer staff, incl. supervision, professional steering, and quality assurance of all After-sales non-technical training delivery. This position also supports with strategies for all future after-sales non-technical training and personnel development requirements for China market, to ensure the qualification and competencies of China dealer after-sales staff to provide high performance service to Porsche customer.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Development, and delivery of non-technical training programme, learning paths, and contents for PC After Sales managers, service managers, and service advisors (80%)
a. Planning, preparation and implementation of annual after-sales-related competitions.
b. Training content related to service experience enhancement and performance improvement.
c. Operation of Training passport platform, and service excellence platform
d. Management of external service providers to ensure appropriate delivery content, standards
e. Development and delivery of training courses and materials based on product launches and business requirements.
f. Development and update of training materials to include training techniques and best practices as required for the China Market, KPI and quality management of responsible projects.
g. Integrate PAG training requests and training modules into the training approach of PCN and localize the PAG training approach to local needs. Collaborate with counterparts to find mutually appropriate solutions.
2. Training Need Analysis and Planning (10%)
a. Lead after sales non-technical qualification demands analysis and integrate PCN functional departments, regions and PC training request.
b. Formulation and maintenance of service training plan
c. Interface in communication and follow-up with PAG and PCN functions (After Sales) in terms of service training related topics.
d. Regular knowledge sharing with PCN functional department, in line with the service training strategy.
e. Support with strategies for all future after-sales non-technical training and personnel development requirements for China market.
3. Proposal, and budget management of related projects (10%)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Automotive, Business Administration, Marketing, or similar major
2. 10 years’ working experience in related function, ideally from automotive or consulting industry.
3. Advanced training experience in Training or Presentation Skills related is a plus.
4. Experiences of working in cross culture or German company is a plus.
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Proficient in MS office, SAP
7. Fluent in English
