Job Responsibilities:
Job Department : Finance & Facility
1. Contract Management: Check the completeness of Contract summary sheet, record on the contract signed list and distribute to the relevant buyer and Purchasing Manager to facilitate the signed process, Inform the coordinator for the contract fetching.
2. Assist in document filing and maintain work of upcoming Facility Projects, Facility management in iPorsche (plan/ monitor/handling) for the following Porsche China's facilities;
3. Assist in recording of colleagues’ complaints and resolve complaints together with Facility Manager/Specialist.
4. Assist in communication with related contractor, such as cleaning company, security, greenery and all maintenance contracts.
5. Support establishment and improvement of HSSE Management report.
6. Support CFO Office daily operation work, incl. team work organization.
7. Non-trade payment documents collection and review
8. Tax calculation for non-trade payment
9. Tax Documents filing and binding
10. Other assignments of tax as required
11. Purchase Order Management: Support for purchasing specialties for the PO release and facilitate for the PO signed process, scan signed PO and archive in the relevant folder, send Scan to the PO requestor.
12. Other Documentation Management: Check the completeness, distribute to the relevant buyer and facilitate to the signed and archived process.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree above with major in Legal, Business Administration, etc.
2. Good interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn
3. Proficient knowledge in MS Office (word, excel, PowerPoint, CAD)
4. Fluent in both oral and written English
5. Committed and available to work at least 3 days a week for 6 months
