职位概述:

Based on company business needs, the position will be responsible for all trade compliance and customs related affairs of Porsche China, Porsche Hong Kong and other subsidiaries in China (mainly Porsche Motorsport Asia-Pacific). The purpose of the position is to make sure the companies are in compliant with applicable Customs laws and regulations in China, and the companies' international trade business are carried out smoothly.

岗位职责:

1. Responsible for customs inspections (i.e. annual warranty inspection, and parts TP inspection), review the submission package.

2. Responsible for internal customs related trainings, including preparation of training documents and act as internal trainer to relevant departments and management team.

3. Manage the annual AEO self-assessment and annual internal health check

4. Evaluate impact from new Customs laws and regulations on affiliates in order to control risks and identify saving opportunities.

5. Explore opportunities of tax saving for the inspection cases, propose strategies to handle the cases, communicate with the Customs and try to reach the favorable result after negotiation with the Customs.

6. Provide advisory and consulting to functional departments (mainly Sales and After Sales), which may relate to import obstacles, customs enquire, insight of new customs regulations, etc.

7. Communicate with various customs officials and submit requested documents to address challenges and issues.

8. Design, update and implement the internal Customs related processes. Define measures to control Customs and Trade Compliance risks. Fulfil internal trade compliance reporting obligations.

9. Provide regular reporting to headquarter (German colleagues) about Trade Compliance status, and exchange customs topics, including export control topic.

10. Monitor the change of China export control related regulations and categories. Design internal control process and assess the risk and implement internal control process from China export control wise.

11. Based on request, assist on tax compliance review of monthly / quarterly / yearly tax filing return; and assist in fulfilling internal tax compliance reporting obligations.

任职条件:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.

2. At least 6 years related working experiences and above 1 year leadership experience.

3. Experience in Auto industry or working in Customs team of a company is a plus.

4. Obtain the CICPA certificate, familiar with Chinese customs related regulations.

5. SAP experience, MS Office skills and very Familiar with Excel.

6. Fluent in English.
