Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
1. Support as-is customer journey mapping, analysis, cross-depts. meeting coordination
2. Support customer interview & dealer interview for gap identification
3. Support cross-depts. workshops for potential solution design
4. Support prioritized initiatives identification and implementation mechanism design
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, Marketing or digitalization related major preferred
2. 3rd -4th year senior student
3. Language skill: Fluent in English. German is a plus.
4. Familiar with main office software, good PowerPoint skill is a plus.
