Job Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate digital customer experience activity and digital projects implementation & semi; support to prepare project reporting / presentations.
2. Communicate internally with cross-functions for translation, financial, legal, related topics.
3. Communicate externally with vendors to monitor the status of project execution, etc.
4. Support in contractual and payment aspects as well as administrative tasks.
5. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by line manager.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Internship experience in the automotive industry or other luxury brands as a plus.
3. Fluent in both oral and written English.
4. Good command of MS Office software.
5. Excellent intercultural and communication skills, proactive attitude, diligent, stress resistant and willing to learn.
6. Committed and available to work at least 5 days a week.
7. Internship period at least 6 months.
