Job Overview:
Based on company strategy and business needs, this position is responsible for steering, guiding, controlling and developing the dedicated events team which focuses on various dealer retail & PoS & Porsche Centre Grand Opening & Golf Cup event projects in China as well as Museum Car programme administration works in order to achieve a brand adequate on- and offline guest experience within the targeted event KPIs (e.g. given budget, number of participants, dealer satisfaction) to further develop the brand in China and support dealers to expand sales achievements & solid customer loyalty.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Scoping, managing and developing event strategy, event formats and/or execution of all PoS projects, Porsche Center Grand Openings, Golf Cup events and Museum Car programme in China, as well as analyzing improvement potentials for all projects.
2. Having consultation with, guiding and overseeing the agencies, suppliers and dealers through the planning process to the execution phase to ensure their deliverables within target timeline, good quality/KPI achieved and follow brand CI. Overseeing/supervising onsite implementation and execution of the event to create an experience which exceeds guest and dealer expectations.
3. Consultation, guiding and overseeing the team members through the planning process to have an event execution plan in place before the event commences.
4. Overall budget and KPIs of all PoS projects and Golf events have to be achieved which has to be acknowledged by related departments of PCN Management. Ensure all PoS event-related processes were implemented according to compliance, legal and audit guidelines.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing/business related
2. Above 6 years working experiences in event management function, prefer to have automotive industry knowledge or above 10 years from hotel/hospitality/luxury good industry in the event management related functions, i.e. marketing, PR.
3. Experiences of working in cross culture or German company is a plus
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Proficient in MS office, SAP
6. Fluent in English
