职位概述:
Based on company strategy and business needs, the position will be responsible for the establishment & implementation of effective HR strategies and programs in order to successfully build the organizational and people capabilities and provide the integrated and optimal people solutions.
岗位职责:
1. Strategic partner (40%)
a. Lead and own the establishment of people strategies to ensure the success of business by partnering & aligning with business strategies.
b. Drive consultancy & advisory in performance management based on the deep understanding of the business contest.
c. Plan, deploy and execute organizational topics including but not limited to talent acquisition, talent development & succession, employee engagement and retention.
2. Change agent (30%)
a. Co-lead the organizational transformation & development based on the business strategy and situation to ensure the good fit of organization design to the business needs.
b. Analyze data trends and metrics to guide and support business decisions.
c. Take the initiatives to prepare employees' adaptation to organization evolution to ensure the right competency set and mindset ready for the new ways of working under Porsche China Strategy 2030.
3. Employee advocate (15%)
a. Act as an advisor for leaders and employees, and champion HR topics and provide HR leadership to strengthen HR image in front of business.
b. Build and assess employee engagement through diverse HR programs and tools.
c. Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary to ensure employees enjoy fair treatment according to compliance principles.
d. Offering individual solutions to special cases according to company principles.
4. Administrative expert (15%)
a. Work closely with HR Center of expertise team and operation team to ensure effective employee lifecycle & experience including but not limited to talent acquisition, development, engagement and retention.
b. Drive optimization of HR digitalization and infrastructures by assessing and anticipating employee related needs.
c. Ensure compliance according to legal requirements in daily HR related topics.
任职条件:
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Human Resources related is a plus but not limited
2. At least 5 years HR related working experience, among which 3+ years as HRBP or generalist would be a plus
3. 3+ years’ experience in taking a leadership role is a plus
4. Experiences of working/study in international culture is a plus
5. Good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Familiar with HRIS systems like Workday, Success Factor, SAP, peoplesoft etc.
7. Fluent in English
