Job Responsibilities:
1. Regional Steering dealer warranty performance (25%)
a. To design criteria to steering dealer warranty performance
b. To monitor dealers' performance level and to see whether there's updates necessary based on the market actual situation and per individual dealer performance level.
c. Generate continuously warranty & goodwill contents to enhance the business awareness.
d. To propose warranty & goodwill periodical contents to share information with dealers and relevant internal colleagues."
2. Handle dealers’ inquiries and support warranty Judgement and claim processing (25%)
a. To handle dealers inquires (PRMS ticket) and support dealers for the warranty judgement case if dealers don't have the authority or knowledge to make decisions.
b. To examine the claims (WWS claims) justification and approve the claims if verified based on the warranty policy and technical solution standards.
c. In SanBao buyback case, determine the buyback criteria fulfillment and also negotiate with PC the appropriate pre-owned vehicle price to guarantee the warranty lost has been minimized to the cost-efficient level.
d. To steering warranty parts scrapping activity by produce selected samples list for onsite checking to guarantee all the warranty parts are properly scrapped without risks for unauthorized usage.
3. Design and develop the contents in IA/DA/Official Website/Customer Literature warranty part (15%)
a. To design the right contents in IA/DA/Official Website/Customer Literatures for warranty part to secure both legal compliance and customer satisfaction.
b. To develop the content updates when there's new triggers coming out either for the regulatory stipulation updates or from business strategy updates or new vehicle models launch.
c. To align with L&CP and relevant PAG counter partners for the consideration of compliance check and business consensus."
4. Irregularity scanning for potential claim rejection or PSA/Spot Checks & difficult case handling (15%)
a. To Develop scanning mechanisms to detect unjustified claims or irregularities to reduce PAG/PCN over reimbursement risks. Follow up with findings to initiate potential rejections or PSA/Spot Checks.
b. To steer PAG QTI blog or WM/TI/SY updates are immediately followed by the network by run dedicated data analysis in time. The aim of scanning is to reduce unnecessary claims and improve dealer claim qualities in parallel. (PCN:1,349 Mio RMB, PHK: 60 Mio PHK as the scanning base as of year 2024 figures)
c. To discuss difficult case with TCC/QE/CX/LCP and negotiate with dealers, third parties for the technical solutions and cost sharing with the consideration of the balance of cost justification and customer orientation.
d. To initiate task forces to resolve obstacles may lead to unnecessary warranty cost occurs. To escalate to the management level if in operation level problem cannot be solved.
5. Dealer Training and Knowledge Sharing Portfolio Development (10%)
a. Cooperate with Training Academy to develop dealer training materials portfolio to satisfy the market demands to continuously improve dealer's knowledges to enable high level of dealer warranty operation quality standards.
b. To participate the TTT to steer the training quality and follow up the training effects to develop the further contents optimization plan."
6. Regress Steering & Localization audit concept development (5%)
7. Team administrative work, including but not limited steering budget, monthly report, organize dealer conference etc. (5%)
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in business management or technical related.
2. Above 8 years of practical experience in automotive industry, technical knowledge and automotive aftermarket regulatory expertise is appreciated.
3. Have both automotive wholesales and dealership retail experience is preferred.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Proficient in MS office, SAP
6. Fluent in English
