Job Responsibilities:

1. Work online to support dealer technical inquiry via system, email and phone call

2. Remote support frequently to enhance technical communication quality

3. Work closely with manufacturer counterpart team for further inquiry

4. Work onsite to support dealer if needed and diagnose vehicle failure in person

5. Close cooperation with quality team for discuss batch cases further

6. Perform root cause analysis for the selected repeat repair cases and share to manufacturer quality team

7. Help dealer technical supervisor & technician on the right approach of diagnosis and analysis

8. Independently inspect and diagnose high voltage battery of BEV & PHEV according to safety requirement

9. Utilize Porsche special tool & diagnosis equipment proficiently and demonstrate to dealer network

10. Summarize and share manufacturer information and technical experience to dealer network

11. Set up monthly online meeting to spread updated technical information to dealer network

12. Host yearly technical conference & workshop and do preparation & implementation

13. Guide and encourage dealer to share experienced technical repair case timely to dealer network via system

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years or college education with 8+ years working experience in workshop & technical support

2. Working knowledge and experience on high voltage system diagnosis and high voltage battery repair of BEV & PHEV

3. Be familiar with MS office

4. Good communication skill

5. Good English
